Shelters with solar panel electricity generation

The "IPC 3-BLOCK 31" EP PETROAMAZONAS Project is located in Ecuador´s Francisco de Orellana, Province and covers FLOW LINE CROSSES and subfluvial DEVELOPMENT BLOCK 31 composed by 3 sections.

Electro Ecuador SA Comercial e Industrial is participating in this project through the company ARB ECUADOR CIA. LTDA., Supplying the construction, installation and operating of 8 containers MLV type for sections I and II.

These 8 containers include 2 MLV type containers with network based electrical supply 120/208 Vac and 6 containers MLV powered by a photovoltaic Yingly solar panel system to provide electricity to 24 Vdc and 120 Vac.

The 8 MLV type containers are built based on shipping containers capacity 40ft HC - High Cube, modified to accommodate a valve control room and remote communications, properly climatized with air conditioning systems and fire detection and valve room where the line crosses the flow and by-pass valve to control properly the opening and closing with the flow line and suitable for detection in case of presence of methane and / or fire.

In addition for the MLV type containers that are powered with photovoltaic system, Electro Ecuador SA Comercial e Industrial has designed PV system designed and metal-mechanical structure to accommodate about 40 feet HC container up to 30 solar panels that will generate power 24 Vdc and 120 Vac required for the operation of all electronic equipment within the control and communications and valve control rooms, valve, with an autonomy of up to 3 days as required by PEPTROAMAZONAS EP.

Electro Ecuatoriana is a national pioneer when it comes to building shelters, campers, electric and control rooms with solar panel electric generation.
